“I thought the Earth remembered me, she took me back so tenderly” –Mary Oliver

Reuniting with the Earth can feel like a homecoming and nourishes a sense of purpose and wholeness. It can help us release painful patterns and emotional trauma. We belong to something much greater than our small self. We are interconnected energy beings dwelling within the Earth’s vast biosphere.

Simply speaking, our inner nature is embedded in the involuntary nervous system and in our mammalian, right-brain, heart mind of knowing and feeling, which links us to other mammals and to Nature’s cycles. This instinctive, intuitive and empathic system is undervalued in our culture that is spellbound by the left -brain, linear mind of language and time.
